“I want you to know that you have some very nice people working for you. I called to have someone to come out and give me a quote for a new air conditioner. Your office help was so nice, and set me up appointment with Carl. I had to leave him a note, as I had to go to the ER the day he was supposed to come out. He was happy that I let him know why I wasn’t at home. I called to make another appointment, and again your office help was so nice over the phone. When Carl came out again I was home, and he checked my air conditioner and said that I should have the service guy out because it might be low on Freon. Your service guy came out and checked it over really well, and found it was the condenser going out on my old one. I told him I wanted a new one put in. He went right to work, and the next day I had a new A/C installed. The guy that put it in was just as nice and helpful as everyone else had been. I would like for you to let everyone of your people know, from office help to installer, that my husband and I were so very pleased with them and your company. The A/C is working great and we are so glad to have a cool house again. Again, thank you and your help, for doing such a good job, and for being so nice to us. If ever we need any other work done will call on you—and if I hear of anyone who needs A/C or heating work done, I will give them your name. Thanks again.”
